6:30-8:30 a.m. - HCMH Conference Room (1st Floor)

Individuals should be fasting; no solid or liquid food for 12 hours prior to the screening. Water and medications should be taken in normal amounts. Payments due at the time of service; insurance will not be billed. Refreshments served.
