BOARD OF TRUSTEES

HUMBOLDT COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

HUMBOLDT, IOWA

 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital (the “Hospital”) and/or Construction Manager – Graham Construction at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital (the “Hospital”) 1000 15th Street N, Humboldt, IA, Attention: Hospital CEO on or before 16th day of January, 2018 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:05 PM the same day in the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital Conference Room for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for Bid Packages (01) thru (10).  The proposals will be presented to and considered by the Board of Trustees of the Hospital during a special meeting at 4:30 PM CST on January 22, 2018 at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital in the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital Conference Room.  Such proposals received will be acted upon at such time and place or at such later time and place as may then be fixed.

 

PROJECT/WORK DESCRIPTION:  Furnish all labor, material and equipment required to accomplish the construction described in the specifications, indicated on the plans, and per the schedule. The Work includes construction of a new 2-story, 37,740 square-foot medical clinic building and 4,864 interior entrance renovation on the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital campus.  Demolition of existing structures and site work, incidental excavation and backfill for structural footings and mechanical and electrical connections are included in the Work.
